Tobago 2009
for
Jen & Kevs Wedding and week of parties!
The link below will take you to the Mr-Beefy.co.uk photo gallery.
PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO USE THE GALLERY!!
Gallery Rules and Regulations:
You are required to register* and log in to see and to upload and pictures and/or video, and when you do register the system asks you to enter a 'security code' (a bunch of random letters in a square box that prooves the the system that you're human!) Anyway, the letters in the code are in 'UPPER CASE', but you are required to use 'lower case' when you enter the code. If you don't then you'll get an error!!
Once registered and activated you will be able to upload all your photo's to the site in your own Album.
Please name your Album as your name. If you set-up 'sub-albums', use whatever title you want!
When 'Uploading' it is recommended that you use the "Upload Applet" as it's faster and more user friendly than from Web Browser method, plus you can use 'drag&drop' straight from Windows Explorer, and upload more than as many pics as you want at a time!
PLEASE NOTE: For some reason the date on the Security Certificate for the Upload Applet is out of date, just select continue, it works fine (and is secure)
Once you have uploaded a photo, you can find links in the dropdown box to add/edit/delete and much more, including permissions and all sorts... Here is the link:

GOOD LUCK!
(OK, so the sites a bit slow, especially if viewing while someones uploading, so please be patient, and i'll try and speed it up ASAP,
and it's still better than FB cos you don't sign away the rights to your media!!! [See Extract of FB Policy below])
*Please allow up to 24 hours for registration to be accepted (I'm in UK remember!), if you think I missed you, then contact me.
If you have any problems with ANY of the photo gallery usage, setup or options,
then please don't hesitate to contact me (Dan) via Site Admin E-Mail: Mr-Beefy Admin
FYI, Here's an extract of FaceBooks Privacy Policy, see how little rights you have when you upload to their site: (Unlike Mr-Beefy.co.uk!)

Statement of Rights and Responsibilities
This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities ("Statement") derives from the Facebook Principles, and governs our relationship with users and others who interact with Facebook. By using or accessing Facebook, you agree to this Statement.
1. Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. We designed
our Privacy Policy to make important disclosures to you about how we collect
and use the information you post on Facebook. We encourage you to read the
Privacy Policy, and to use the information it contains to help make informed
decisions.
2. Sharing Your Content and Information
You own all of the content and information you post
on Facebook, and you can control how we share your content through your
privacy and application settings. In order for us to use certain types of
content and provide you with Facebook, you agree to the following:
1. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos
and videos ("IP content"), you specifically give us the following
permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant
us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide
license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook
("IP License"). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content
or your account (except to the extent your content has been shared with
others, and they have not deleted it).
2. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying
the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content
may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not
be available to others).
3. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions about Facebook,
but you understand that we may use them without any obligation to compensate
you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).
3. Safety
We do our best to keep Facebook safe, but we cannot guarantee it."...(Continued...)
Love it!
